At your first consultation, the specialist clinician will establish a precise diagnosis concerning the condition of your beard. You should arrive for the consultation unshaven. The doctor will decide whether beard grafts are appropriate for you. He will delimit the donor area and calculate the number of follicles to extract and implant and explain what sort of results you can expect in your case. Before starting any treatment, you will receive a written treatment plan with quote.

Prior to treatment, the doctor will direct you concerning which medications, dietary supplements or any blood thinners you should stop taking before the procedure. You should not shave or go to the hairdresser prior to treatment.

In the first stage, the doctor will manually extract each hair follicle from the donor area on your nape. Because head hair is slightly different from facial hair in its structure and dimensions, we extract donor follicles from the back of your head. The doctor uses highly specialised instruments to carefully remove the minute hair follicles without damaging them. The extracted hairs are placed in a solution that mimics their natural environment, sorted, and prepared for implanting.
In the second stage of your treatment, the doctor will begin implanting the grafts in those areas of your face lacking hair, gradually filling in the gaps and creating the desired density. The shape of the new beard is up to you. Some men prefer a straight line on their cheeks while others opt for a more rounded look.
